The Network Cooler Ebac Fmax is distinguished by the following features:
- CLEAN WATER. The particular cooler, the only one to feature the DIRECT DISPENSE system (direct water production). With this system, the water from the main water supply is filtrated just before the final production station (tap), contrary to the competitors’ models where water is filtrated just before entering the cooler, resulting in the increase of bacteria and microbe growth that are then stored within the refrigerating reservoir. On the contrary, in the Fmax, the water loses its antibacterial properties (chlorine) just before drinking it.
- 100% DISINFECTION. It is a National and European requirement that network water coolers shall sanitary maintained at regular intervals. According to the European Bottled Watercooler Association (www.ebwa.org), the only body that legislates in the particular industry, all the network water coolers (POU) must be sanitary maintained – disinfected every six (6) months.

Replacement of the internal cooler parts with new
During the sanitary maintenance – disinfection of the EBAC coolers, there is a complete replacement of all internal contact water parts of the cooler (taps, pipe work, filters, etc.) with new, disinfected which are made in EBAC, in a sterile environment. During the sanitary maintenance, our technicians replace (using disposable gloves) all those internal parts (spare parts of sanitary maintenance). Only then are we and you sure that the water cooler machine has been disinfected 100% every time! There are several other methods of sanitary maintenance / disinfection such as i.e. chemical cleaning, ozonation, UV light and steam. None of those provide 100% disinfection, as without the total replacement there will still remain points poorly sterilized and will encourage a rapid bacterial growth. Materials approved by EFET (Hellenic Food Authority)
Finally, all parts of the water cooling machine that come into contact with water are made of approved material in order to come in contact with food. It is the only water cooler that uses the particular material – the P.E.T. is the material used for the 0.5 and 1.5 liters bottled water – approved by E.F.E.T., and there are no metal parts, so as to impair the hygiene and the consistency of the water from water damage (cadmium)
The water filters are made by the well known multinational company 3m CUNO (www.cuno.com). They all meet the highest standard NSF 53 (requirement of EBWA) for filtering particles of 0,5 micron. According to the standard NSF 53, the bacteria Cryptosporidium among others, are trapped up to 99,95%. The filters are certified according to cfr 42 και cfr 53.
Produces 130% more cold water than the competitors’ models: A research has shown that in high consumption, a simple cooler machine in perfect conditions can produce up to 8 consecutive glasses of cold water. The FMAX has a capacity of 3, liters and can produce up to 20 consecutive glasses of cold water..
Only in EBAC water coolers. It prevents the contamination as the user cannot come into direct contact with the point where the produced water flows..
Any drops that drip out of your glass as you are filling it, end up in a heated container where it is evaporated safely. On the contrary, in competitors’ models, the collecting container fills up with standstill water, dust, etc.), resulting in creating a source of contamination.
The cups have been fitted with an ergonomic design, with their inlet downwards in order to reduce the contamination risk.
The water switches are positioned at a high level, therefore no bending is needed. There is a selection of cold or room temperature.
