• 100% DISINFECTION.

It is a National and European requirement that water cooler machines shall be sanitary maintained each four (4) months. During the sanitary maintenance – disinfection of the EBAC water cooler machines, there is a complete replacement of all internal parts of the water cooling machine which come into contact with the water (taps, tanks, pipe works, air filters, etc.) with new ones, disinfected, which are made within EBAC, in a sterile environment.

Replacement of internal parts of the cooler with new

During the sanitary maintenance, our technicians replace (using disposable gloves) all those internal parts (spare part of sanitary maintenance). Only then are we and you certain that the cooler machine has been disinfected up to 100% each time! There are several other methods of sanitary maintenance / disinfection as for instance the chemical disinfection, ozonation, UV light and steam cleaning. None of those offer 100% disinfection, as without the total replacement there will still be points poorly sterilized and will encourage a rapid bacterial growth. Finally, all parts of the cooling machine that come into contact with water are made by approved materials in order to come into contact with food (e.g. the tank is made by PET). This is the only cooler that uses these particular materials – the P.E.T is the material used for the 0.5 and 1.5-liter bottled water approved by E.F.E.T (Hellenic Food Authority) and there is not even one metal part that is able to impair the hygiene or its composition from alterations (cadmium).

• CLEAN WATER:In the cooling machines of our competitors, with buckets, trapped air from the surrounding environment continuously comes in contact with the water, with an increased risk of contamination and bacteria growth.

100% clean water
In the EBAC cooler machines, the water in the tank is 100% sealed, it does not come in any contact with air, thus reducing the risk of bacteria growth. Furthermore, the typical plastic containers in the water cooler machines of our competitors, over the passage of time allow the oxygen to penetrate their walls, thus creating a risk of contamination. The material PET, of which the EBAC tank is made of, is less porous and does not allow the oxygen to penetrate it.

• HEDGE-HOG SPIKE: :

In many cases, the user neglects to remove the label from the bottle during its initial installation, and as a result, in the competitors’ cooler machines the spike entered into the cylinder pushes the label into the bottle, resulting in water contamination. In the EMAX (and only in the EBAC water cooler machines), the spike of the tube is designed as a hedgehog and pierces the label, so it is not being pushed up in the water bottle.

• CARBON BLOCK AIR FILTERS: .:

The water cooler machines have air filters of 2,5m (not allowing the passage of particles of greater volume dimension of 25 millionths of the meter) which filters the ambient air, which enters into the bottle, while producing the water. Only EBAC cooler machines have such powerful air filter.

• DUPLEX DISPENSE NOZZLES: :

Only on EBAC water coolers. It prevents the contamination as the user cannot come into direct contact with the point where the produced water flows.

• INTEGRATED PLASTIC CUP DISPENSER: :

The plastic cups have been fitted with an ergonomic design, with their inlet downwards in order to reduce the contamination risk.

• LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION: :

The hot tank of EMAX consumes only 0.3. kWh/day while all other coolers consume 1.00 kWh /day of electric energy. If multiplied, you will see that the hot tank of the competitor models consumes €36,50 per annum, while the EMAX only consumes €1.09! (cost per kWh €0.1).
