1. Are there any additives in the water?

    As ΖΑGORI is a Natural Mineral Water, no natural or chemical additives exist, but the water is offered exactly as Nature is giving it to us.  

    2. How often is the water examined?

      No bottle of water leaves the bottling hall earlier than 48 hours and after all the essential controls of the water have been successfully completed by the chemical laboratory in ZAGORI. It is important to mention the constant cooperation of our company with the Chemical Service of Ioannina (GCSL), as well as with the LABORATORY OF HEALTH AT IOANNINA UNIVERSITY, co-operations that certify the quality of our product, but also ensure the consumer.  

      3. How do ensure that the bottles are not infected during the bottling?

        At ΖΑGORI the bottling is done with high technology instruments, in sanitarily sealed areas where no human factor intervenes during any stage of the productive process. The only human factor that will come into contact with the water in between the water table and the source, is the final consumer.

        4.Which is the correct way to storage water bottles?

          The bottles (either full or empty) should be stored in an internal, cool and shady space, exempted from odors, where basic principles of hygiene are maintained. Never store the bottles near heat-emitting sources, solar radiation, contaminations (toilets), in areas where the floor is extremely contaminated (i.e. by petroleum products, chemicals, corridors, toilets) and in exterior spaces.

          5. Can bottles and plastic glasses be recycled?

          Both types are recyclable. Specifically, the reusable plastic bottles (manufactured by polycarbonate material) when destroyed, are crushed and sent for recycling to an exterior collaborator.

          6. Confront of typical operating problems

          We provide one of the best after-sales services, therefore our customers usually do not face any particular problem with our coolers. On the backhand of each water cooler, there is a tab with detailed directions of use as well as analytical solutions to any malfunctions.

          Below follows some usual problems with their corresponding solutions:

          1. There are many causes that can cause this: Make sure that the bottle dispenser is filled with water. Furthermore, there might be trapped air in the system, therefore press the bottle dispenser on both sides with your hands while someone else presses the cold water button (2 persons required). Finally, the water within the water cooler system might have frozen, therefore disconnect the cooler from the socket for 12 hours. Afterwards, turn the thermostat (on the backhand side of the water cooler) anti-clockwise and reconnect the water cooler with the socket (EMAX only).
          2. Water leakage. Usually a water leakage incurs when the water dispenser is full (ΕΜΑΧ). In this case, empty the dispenser. You should also check no one considers that the water cooler is connected with a waste pipe system. Check if there is a leakage from the bottle lid and/or if the bottle itself has any leakage. If that is the case, we will supply you with a new, free of charge, with your next order. In any case, if the problem remains, disconnect the cooler from the socket, remove the bottle and call us.
          3. The water is not cold enough. Firstly, check that the water cooler is connected to the socket and that the socket is functioning. Then check that the thermostat of the cold water is turned clockwise and try again after approximately 1 hour. It can also be due to excessive consumption / production of cold water, particularly during very hot days, leave the water cooler to cool down in the container for approximately 20 minutes before you connect the cold water again. Make sure that the water cooler is placed at least 10 cm from the wall, in room temperature, far from heaters, curtains, sunbeams (windows, French windows), or other sources of heat and radiation.

          For your own safety, we underline that any electric of mechanic interference on the cooler is not permitted, and that the back of the cooler there is a card with instructions for use of typical problems.
